• You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts, uploads, and use of outputs comply with applicable laws and third-party rights.

6. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds

Atter AI may offer free and paid features, including subscriptions, credits, or premium access. Payments may be processed by app stores or third-party payment providers. Prices, billing cycles, renewal terms, and cancellation options will be shown before purchase where required.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use Atter AI to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Upload or generate harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or unlawful content.

• Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-generated where disclosure is legally required.

You retain any rights you have in content you submit to Atter AI. Subject to applicable law and your compliance with these Terms, you may use AI-generated outputs for lawful personal or commercial purposes, unless otherwise stated in the app or related policies.

Atter AI may integrate with or rely on third-party services, such as AI providers, cloud hosting, analytics, payment processors, or app stores. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their independent practices.

10. Disclaimers
