Subscription Terms

1. Overview

Atter AI may offer paid subscription plans that provide access to premium AI features, usage allowances, enhanced tools, or other paid functionality within the app.

If you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store, your purchase, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are managed by Apple under your Apple Account and the applicable App Store rules.

2. Subscription Plans

Atter AI may offer different subscription durations, such as weekly, monthly, yearly, or other available plans shown inside the app. The exact price, duration, included features, and renewal period will be displayed on the purchase screen before you confirm payment.

Subscription features may vary by plan, region, platform, promotional offer, app version, or availability.

3. Billing and Payment

Payment will be charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the subscription purchase through the App Store. Apple may apply local taxes, currency conversion, or payment processing rules depending on your region and Apple Account settings.

Atter AI does not directly collect or store your full payment card details for App Store purchases.

4. Auto-Renewal

App Store subscriptions are auto-renewable unless cancelled. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date according to Apple's subscription cancellation process.

Renewal charges are handled by Apple. You can view and manage renewal settings through your Apple Account subscription settings.

5. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

Atter AI may offer free trials, introductory prices, promotional offers, or discounted subscription periods. The available offer, trial length, price, and renewal terms will be shown before you confirm the purchase.

Unless cancelled before the trial or promotional period ends, the subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription at the displayed price and billing period.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel an App Store subscription through your Apple Account settings. Deleting the Atter AI app does not automatically cancel your subscription.

• Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
• Tap your Apple Account name.
• Tap Subscriptions.
• Select Atter AI.
• Tap Cancel Subscription and follow Apple's instructions.

After cancellation, you may continue to access paid features until the end of the current paid billing period, unless Apple or applicable law provides otherwise.

7. Refunds

Refund requests for subscriptions purchased through the App Store are handled by Apple, not directly by Atter AI. Refund eligibility and processing are determined by Apple and applicable law.

To request a refund, use Apple's official purchase support process at reportaproblem.apple.com or follow Apple's App Store refund instructions.

8. Premium Access and Usage Limits

A paid subscription may unlock premium AI features, higher usage limits, faster processing, advanced tools, or other subscription benefits described in the app. Access may depend on your active subscription status, network availability, device compatibility, app version, and technical conditions.

Atter AI may apply reasonable usage limits, rate limits, fairness controls, or anti-abuse measures to protect service quality and system stability.

9. Restore Purchases

If you reinstall Atter AI, change devices, or do not see your active subscription, you may use the Restore Purchases option in the app where available. Restoring purchases requires you to use the same Apple Account that was used for the original purchase.

10. Price, Plan, or Feature Changes

Atter AI may change subscription plans, included features, prices, or availability from time to time. If a subscription price changes, Apple may require notice, consent, or other steps before the changed price applies, depending on App Store rules and applicable law.

We may also add, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue premium features where necessary for product, technical, business, legal, or security reasons.

11. Apple App Store Terms

Subscriptions purchased through the App Store are also subject to Apple's applicable terms, conditions, billing rules, cancellation process, and refund policies. If there is a conflict between these Subscription Terms and Apple's mandatory App Store rules for purchases made through Apple, Apple's rules will control for the affected App Store transaction.
